Terms and Conditions

Version 1.0 · Effective 10 October 2026

Who runs TidyAcc. TidyAcc is run by its founding team in Singapore. Our company registration is in progress — we will add the registered company name and UEN here as soon as it is complete.

At a glance

TidyAcc is new. Invited testers use it free. If you want a paid plan, we agree it with you in writing first — no card details, no automatic charges, no GST. Your records stay yours, and you can leave at any time.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you or your business use TidyAcc at app.tidyacc.com. By using TidyAcc you agree to them on behalf of your business. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. TidyAcc is in early access

We are a new start-up. Right now TidyAcc is used by invited testers, free of charge, while we improve it. Features may change, and things may occasionally go wrong. Features marked “coming soon”, such as progress claims and retention, are not available yet.

TidyAcc is set up for Singapore businesses (SGD, GST and PayNow). Malaysia is our next market, but Malaysian tax and e-invoicing are not supported yet.

3. Paid plans

If you would like a paid plan, our prices are Starter S$29/month and Growth S$79/month. Group (several companies) is quoted separately. See the Billing and Cancellation Policy for how billing works.

  • We confirm your plan and price with you in writing (email or WhatsApp) before you pay anything.
  • We send a monthly invoice. You pay by bank transfer or PayNow. We never ask for card details and never charge you automatically.
  • We are not GST-registered, so no GST is added. If that changes, we will tell you at least 30 days before.
  • We give at least 30 days’ notice before any price change.

4. Your account

Each person should have their own login and keep it private. Your business decides who to invite and what they can see. Remove staff who leave. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us straight away at admin@tidyacc.com.

5. Your data belongs to you

The records you put into TidyAcc belong to your business. We only use them to run TidyAcc for you. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or use them to train AI models. The Privacy Policy explains the details.

6. Please check your numbers

TidyAcc is a tool, not an accountant or tax adviser. Check your invoices, tax amounts, bank details and any AI-read bills before you send or rely on them. Profit on a job is not the same as cash in the bank. During early access, keep your own copies of important records.

7. Cancelling and leaving

You can stop using TidyAcc or cancel a paid plan at any time by emailing admin@tidyacc.com or by WhatsApp. A paid plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.

When your account closes, we keep your data for 30 days so you can ask for an export. After that we delete it. Backup copies are overwritten automatically within about 8 weeks.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep TidyAcc running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or have errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud.

9. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms as TidyAcc grows. We will tell you about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by Singapore law.
