TidyAcc · Malaysia enquiries

Considering TidyAcc for a Malaysian contracting business?

We welcome interest from Malaysian renovation contractors, main contractors and subcontractors. Let’s confirm the fit before you rely on it.

A useful workflow starts with local suitability

Contractors in Malaysia face the same practical questions about job income, material costs, subcontractor bills and unpaid invoices. A job-based approach can help organise those records, but the local details still need to work.

Malaysia support is not yet confirmed. This page is an enquiry and suitability checklist. It does not claim that TidyAcc currently supports Malaysian tax, banking or e-invoicing requirements.

TidyAcc’s current positioning is Singapore-focused, with SGD, UEN, GST and PayNow. Malaysian currency, tax, payment and e-invoicing workflows need a separate suitability check.

Questions to settle before using the product

  • MYR and company setup: Can your company use MYR as its working currency, with the records and reports you need?
  • Tax settings: Does the configuration match your business’s Malaysian tax treatment? Have your accountant review it.
  • Payments: Which Malaysian bank details and payment methods can appear on documents? DuitNow support is not confirmed.
  • E-invoicing: What, if anything, connects to LHDN/MyInvois? A PDF invoice alone should not be treated as proof of an integration.
  • Documents and reporting: Do quotations, invoices, credit notes and exports meet your operating needs?
  • Claims and retention: Can the current release support the way your contracts are administered?

Bring a real Malaysian job to the discussion

Prepare a sample quotation, supplier bill and invoice, with sensitive details removed. Explain your trade, team size, billing currency and accountant’s reporting needs. Those examples provide a better fit check than a general feature list.

If you are a renovation firm, include a scope change. If you are a subcontractor, include a package invoice and explain any claim or retention workflow. Availability must be confirmed against your actual requirements.

How to proceed

Use the contact page to discuss your requirements using the email or WhatsApp details provided. Until Malaysia support is verified, keep your existing compliant accounting and invoicing workflow in place.

You can still explore the project profit guide and variation order checklist. These explain general job-management practices and do not establish Malaysian product compliance.

Start with your own workflow.

One quotation, one bill and one invoice are a useful starting point for a product discussion.
