Connect the invoice to the work

A contractor may invoice several customers while running several jobs at once. An invoice list tells you what was billed, but it does not explain the job’s margin unless the income and costs can be reviewed together.

• What was billed? Review income assigned to the project and any credit notes that change it.
• What was collected? Check actual payment records rather than assuming an issued invoice is paid.
• What did it cost? Review supplier, labour and subcontractor costs for the same job.

A project can show a positive margin while still carrying unpaid invoices. That is why collection status belongs beside the project view.

Singapore payment and company details

Company branding, bank details, UEN and Singapore GST settings keep the invoice consistent with your company setup. PayNow QR provides a way for customers to pay directly using the details on the invoice.
